Senior Software Engineer • u-blox AG

Zürich, Switzerland • Nov 2023 – Present

Developed and maintained u-center 2 - a data-intensive desktop application used by u-blox customers and internal R&D team for aggregation and visualization of data from the company’s GPS receivers
Contributed across the entire stack: React/Redux/RxJS frontend, Electron.js desktop backend, low-level device communication, AWS microservices, and E2E automation
Drove the architectural design of a new parser data pipeline, enabling reliable high-throughput processing of thousands of events per second instead of hundreds
Led the initiative to migrate the team’s CI pipeline from on-premises to cloud, cutting build time from 11 to 4 minutes and eliminating maintenance overhead
Led the adoption of AI as a first-class tool in the team, setting up AI Agent Skills and instructions that were adopted by the team
Volunteered to refactor the end-to-end test suite, improving reliability and coverage
